RATES

Base Fee

The fee for counseling services with Ben DeBell Counseling and Consulting LLC is $150.00 per session.

TYPES OF PAYMENT ACCEPTED

Credit cards are the preferred form of payment for security and ease of use. Clients are required to keep a credit card on file. Cash and/or check may be used if paid at time of session.

INSURANCE

Ben DeBell Counseling and Consulting LLC accepts Blue Cross Blue Shield, PEEHIP, AllKids, Alabama Power, and EPS.

It’s ultimately the client’s responsibility to ensure full payment of services, whether directly to the therapist or utilizing their insurance carriers. Please note I am not liable for checking and relaying each individual benefit prior to the first counseling appointment. You can retrieve this benefit information by calling the customer service line for mental health/behavioral health on the back of your insurance cared. A credit card is required to be on file for all clients to ensure prompt payment at time of service. If you would like to submit your sessions to insurance privately, I will be happy to supply you with a Super Bill.

CANCELATION POLICY

It is of the upmost importance that Ben DeBell Counseling and Consulting serve its clients to the best of its ability. In order to honor our time and the time of Ben DeBell Counseling and Consulting's valued clients', we will be utilizing a 24 hour cancellation policy.

Cancellations made 24 hours or less before an appointment has been scheduled or missed appointments will be subject to the full private pay rate fee of $150.

Cancellations made via email to debellcounseling@gmail.com or voicemail to (205) 810-9335 sooner than 24 hours before an appointment will be processed without penalty.
